Thanks for the link, I hadn’t read that article. I’m not much of a wordsmith but having followed Sheffield Wednesday from the late 70’s to over eighty odd league grounds and Half Man Half Biscuit from 1986 (12 albums and twenty odd gigs) I have one or two anecdotes up my sleeve!

Sorry – no pictures from the gig, I was to busy bouncing around in the mosh pit! I’m not sure how familiar you are with Half Man Half Biscuits music but they have an albums worth of football related songs such as ‘Dead men don’t need season tickets’, ‘I was a teenage armchair Honved fan’, ‘the referees alphabet’, ‘Even men with steel hearts love to see a dog on the pitch’ and ‘Friday night and the gates are low’.
